Crockpot frozen chicken breasts (I only add 1/2cup of water and sprinkle pepper) Cook on high for about 5hours. After cooked, let it cool down the shred chicken and throw into pan and mix in chicken taco seasoning. (Would also be great for my Keto-ers out there, just add a little 🧀)
Jasmine rice
Cilantro
Spinach leaves
Salsa
Squeezed lime
Fresh cherry tomatoes
Your calories are mainly coming from the rice and chicken but tastes amazing.
