Made another video recipe again, this time its for healthy frozen yogurt. The recipe is really easy to follow takes less then 5 minutes to make and its a great intro recipe if you don't have a lot of cooking experience/confidence!


You can make it any flavor you want you just have to keep these ratios the same:

2 scoops Protein Powder

200 grams Frozen Fruit of choice

1 cup Milk of choice

Some good combinations I have done are bananas and cocoa powder, frozen raspberries with the juice from half a lemon as well as strawberry kiwi.
