Things you will need

Access to a Gym

Smart phone (to use training app)

Rules

Track Food Everyday (through an app or handwritten)

No Junk Food (Fast Food, Deserts, Chips, etc.)

No Alcohol

Be Active Everyday (21 Days of workouts included)

Take Before & After Pictures
